When you use the contact, mediation or arbitration request forms we collect your name, organization, email address, telephone number, matter type and the message you write, together with your consent and the date of submission.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, to administer a requested mediation or arbitration, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing without your separate agreement.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in Lovable Cloud, the hosting and database service for this website. Email notifications about enquiries are delivered through Resend, an email delivery service. Both act as processors on our behalf.

Site analytics

We use aggregate site analytics to understand how the website is used. These figures do not identify individual visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with the matter and meet our legal and professional obligations, and then delete them.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@dialoguesolutions.org.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
